Whilst the customer was on holiday their external soil pipe had broken apart. They called us in to repair the damage.
It turned out that the original installation wasn’t very secure and had a sag in the decline causing a build up of waste in the center of a 6 meter long section of soil pipe. The broken soil pipe in Worthing ran across the back of the house, above the kitchen/dining room and over the patio which meant the back garden was blocked from the leaking waste.
We were able to remove the original fasteners, repair the broken soil pip and reconnect the soil pipe to the exterior of the house with additional clips, improving the flow by introducing a gradual decline all the way along. We removed the sag in the pipe and now the soil pipe on the house in Worthing is flowing perfectly.
Messy job but someone has to do it!
